Baked Bread Bowls

Super easy and outrageously delicious bread bowls you can make with the whole family! 
 
Ingredients:
rolls, large or small
your favorite cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, etc.
deli meat, ham or turkey
cherry tomatoes, sliced
peppers, chopped
 
Directions:
With a sharp knife, cut the top off the roll. Then, using a spoon, scrape out the inside of the bread from the roll until you’ve essentially formed a bowl. Slice the deli meat into strips and place into the bottom of the bread bowl. Next add the cherry tomatoes. Then add the peppers. Lastly add the cheese, grated or cut into cubes. With a basting brush, coat the sides of the bread bowl with water so they won’t harden during the baking process. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10’-15’, or until the cheese has melted.
