Roast Zucchini with Cherry Tomatoes and Cheese

Ingredients

5 zucchinis

½ cup Graviera cheese

16-18 cherry tomatoes

1-2 leaves of fresh basil

 

Directions

Wash zucchinis and cut them lengthwise into thick strips. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle on the cheese. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into thin slices and cover the zucchini with them. Garnish with the fresh basil and bake at 180°C or until the zucchini is soft and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
