For the beef filling

For the yogurt dip
- 4 tablespoons sheep’s yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ready-made tahini dip
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoons water
