Ingredients

You will need (for 12 lollies)

12 mini pretzels

12 straight pretzels or thin breadsticks

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup Dark or milk Chocolate chips

Candy eyes or ½ cup of white chocolate chips and 5 dark chocolate ones.

Red mini chocolates (e.g. mini M&M’s or similar size candies)

Method

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on low heat stirring occasionally until it’s fully melted ( you can also melt it in double boiler). Add approximately 1 tablespoon of oil, slowly, stirring as you add it until it’s a thinner consistency. Leave it aside. To make the reindeer antlers break them carefully with your hands vertically in half. You will need two pretzel halves for each lolly. Dip ⅓ of the straight pretzel or the thin breadstick into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place them on a baking mat. Stick the pretzels halves/antlers on top of each side of the reindeer’s head. The melted chocolate will glue them onto the “body” as it hardens. Add a red mini M&M as the reindeer nose on each lolly. Allow the chocolate to set for 1 to 2 hours (but do not refrigerate).Use a small dab of melted chocolate to "glue" the candy eyes onto the reindeer. Ιf you are not using candy eyes, melt the white chocolate and with a toothpick create the eyes on the reindeer. Once the white chocolate/eyes are set, use a small dab of dark or milk chocolate to to create the pupil. The reindeer lollies are ready!
