Chocolates with berries

Ingredients

350 ml water
300 g sugar
150 g couverture
140 g walnuts
50 ml cognac
100 g mixed frozen berries
Chocolate sprinkles
Cocoa
300 g breadcrumbs

Method
1. In a sauce pan add the water and the sugar and put on simmering. The syrup is ready when the sugar in dissolved. 
2. Remove from the heat and pour in the couverture into small pieces, the cognac, the walnuts, the berries and the breadcrumbs. Mix well.
3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
4. Remove from the refrigerator and shape into small balls. We pass them first by the chocolate sprinkles and then by the cocoa.
