Coco in a glass!

Coconut Limeade

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients (for 2)

1/2 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)

1 cup coconut milk

1-2 cups ice

1-2 tbsps honey

90 ml white rum

Lime zest for garnish



In a blender, combine all the ingredients and ice and blend until smooth. Add more honey as needed until desired sweetness is reached. Serve in a highball glass, with ice if desired. If you want to make this coconut limeade children-friendly, omit the rum.



Coco and healthy!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients (For 4)

2 cups coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cm fresh ginger root (peeled and minced)

1 pinch black pepper

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey



Add everything in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve in a highball glass, with ice if desired.



Strawberry colada with coconut milk

Preparation Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients (For 2)

250 g fresh strawberries (chilled and hulled)

1 banana (ripe, peeled and frozen)

250 g frozen pineapple

150 g coconut yogurt

400 ml unsweetened coconut milk

Whole strawberries for garnish



The night before, chop banana and pineapple into squares and put them in the freezer.

In a blender add the strawberries, frozen pineapple and banana pieces, coconut yoghurt and coconut milk. Blend well. Serve in a highball glass and decorate with a strawberry on the rim.
