Homemade Banana Ice Cream in Minutes

Ingredients:
2 bananas
½ cup whole milk, rice milk, or coconut milk

Directions:
Freeze the bananas for a few hours, still in their peels, until they are totally frozen. Peel and put into a blender with the milk. Blend well until homogenized and serve! To loosen up the ice cream if it’s too thick, add more milk. 
Alternatively, use 2 hand-fulls of mulberries or strawberries instead of bananas. Add nuts if desired.
