Beef striploin with noodles salad

Ingredients

For the noodles : 
1 L water
150 g egg noodles
Seed oil
For the beef:
200 g striploin 
salt
pepper
For the salad:
30 g spring onion
120 g coloured bell peppers
30 g bean sprouts
5 g chives 
White sesame 
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chopped coriander

Method

For the noodles
1. Heat the water in a pot.
2. Once it boils, place the noodles inside and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Strain and cool under cold water.
4. Add a little seed oil so that noodles do not stick.
For the beef
1. Remove the beef from the refrigerator to get room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C degrees.
3. Season with sunflower oil in a hot pan, sauté on both sides until get golden color.
4. Add pepper and transfer to the oven for 5 minutes.
5. Let rest.
6. Cut into thin slices.
For the salad
1. On a cutting board cut into thin slices the fresh onion and peppers. 
2. Finely chop the chives and coriander.
3. In a small bowl mix the sweet chili and the oyster sauce.
4. In another bowl add all the ingredients for the salad, the noodles and mix. Marinate with the sauce.
5. Serve with the beef and garnish with the sesame seeds.
