Hamburgers served with salad

Ingredients

For the burgers
600g minced pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsps parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
40g breadcrumbs
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
2-3 tbsps olive oil


For the salad
1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
2 cucumbers 
50g rucola leaves
2 radishes
100g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
50g feta cheese
3-4 tbsps olive oil 
2-3 tbsps balsamic vinegar 
Salt
1 tsp dried mint 

Method
1. Place minced meat in a bowl along with all the spices and mix well. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Mold patties into 70-80g balls and put in fridge for approximately an hour.
3. Preheat oven at 200C.
4. Place patties in a warm pan along with 2-3 tbsps olive oil. Sauté on both sides.
5. Place patties on a baking paper lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
6. To make the salad, add chopped coriander, sliced cucumber, rucola leaves, radishes and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and dried mint. Finally garnish with crumbled feta cheese.
