Ingredients

200g veal, in slices
1 red onion, in slices
1 tomato, in slices
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 avocado
50g mixed cheeses
30g iceberg lettuce
50g avocado
1 large tortilla

For the sauce
100g yoghurt
1 lime (juice & zest)
Chives
Tabasco

Method

1) Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large cast iron pan and sauté the slices of veal.
2) Add onion, paprika and garlic.
3) To finish off cooking the veal, add the cheeses
4) In another pan, lightly toast the tortilla.

For the sauce
1) Mix yoghurt, lime, chives and tabasco in a bowl.
2) To assembly your dish, spread the sauce on the tortilla, add the veal mixture and garish with tomato, avocado and iceberg.
