Avocado

This unique vegetable is very nutritious. First of all, it contains about 20 vitamins, including vitamins K, E, B5, B6, potassium and folate. It does not contain any cholesterol or sodium while it is low in saturated fats. Due to its increased amount in potassium, avocado is particularly beneficial to blood circulation, while the vitamin K it contains in great proportion, is beneficial to bone health.

 

Kiwi

A tasty fruit, it is especially high in vitamin C, which means that it boosts the immune system. Kiwi also contains enzymes that help digestion, can help regulate blood pressure, and if you want to eliminate toxins, eat plenty of it. As a good source of vitamin E, it protects the skin, at the same time it creates alkaline balance, is suitable for diabetics and it helps fight heart disease.

 

Artichoke

Artichokes are low in fat while rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Particularly high in folate and vitamins C and K, they also supply important minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and iron. They are also low in fat, they can reduce bad cholesterol and increase the good one, they help regulate blood circulation, improve liver status as well as the digestive system.

Scallion

Parsley

One of our cuisine’s most characteristic vegetables, parsley is rich in antioxidants, promotes liver cleansing, reduces fluid retention, helps in weight loss and boosts the immune system, improves skin quality, helps control diabetes as well as digestion and lastly, it is a powerful tool against osteoporosis.

 

Dill

Having a particular taste, the dill can first aid digestion because of the oils it contains, while these same oils also help to sleep. Calcium contained in dill promotes bone health while it is known to be an ally in the control of diabetes. If you have hiccups, eat dill and do the same applies if you have diarrhea or arthritis.

Broccoli

A favorite vegetable, broccoli is rich in antioxidants, it can help reduce inflammation while it can protect against certain types of cancer such as breast, kidney, prostate and stomach. Broccoli also helps in digestion and reduces constipation. Finally, it is particularly beneficial to brain function.
