Strawberry slush

320g strawberries

4 cups water

2 cups sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice



Rinse strawberries and cut off tops. Blend in a blender. Put the sugar and water in a small pot and warm on the stove for 5 minutes. Mix well with a wooden spoon to fully dissolve the sugar granules. Set aside and let cool. Next add the lemon juice and the blended strawberries. Stir vigorously. Add mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the machine’s instructions.
