Spring Mixed Green Salad

5 leaves lettuce

5 leaves kale

10 leaves spinach

1-cup parsley leaves

2 pieces smoked salmon


For the dressing:

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp honey

salt & pepper



Rinse the greens, chop them into large pieces and place them in a large salad bowl. Cut the salmon into small slices and sprinkle them on the salad. To make the dressing, put all the wet ingredients into a container with a secure lid. Shake vigorously until fully mixed. Drizzle on the dressing and enjoy!
